Atrocities & Cruelty of police

Today in da evening while i was standn outside my store in jayanagar 9th block, i saw a police vehicle purposely rammed into a poor fruit vendor's cart who was standn beside da road n doin his usuall buiness, due to the impact of the police jeep, all the fruits and his cart fell down, i ran ahead to help him, but in a sec da jeep took a reverse and then again smashed all his fruits under its tyres...i just couldnt take it anymore, i caught da inspector by his color n demanded him to appologies to da poor vendor, but instead he started shouting on me n threatn to put in lock up if i argue..i immediately took his picture n told him tat i shall report tis matter to higher ups, still he was fightn wit me, n soon around 50 people ganged up and to my surprise instead of them supporting me, they were supporting the cops...they said, they were doing their duty by punishing them so dont dare interfere, few people almost tried to hit me, but i stood there still tryn to make my point clear tat i wasnt wrong n i couldnt just see da poor guys stuff gettn ruined. but the people instead threatnd me n scolded me......

I was shocked to see the reaction of the people, i thought to myself, these scared shits r supporting them coz they r chickens, they dont know how to stand for them selfs, i got to realise tat in tis world its only 1 simple way to live - JUST DO UR OWN WORK, N DONT TRY TO STOP OTHERS-

Is tis da way we really live???? did i really do anythn wrong by protesting the cops and supporting the poor fruit vendor?????

come what may, I still feel proud of my self tat atleast i stood my ground and made my stand.....i just didnt stand there just lookn @ injustice happen to others :)

RULES tat We Break...

Often we have heard different types of various products tat come in different sizes, shapes, length n breath, likewise we have always differentiated the kind or types of Rules tat we follow.
we get across Rules @ every point of our juncture, be it @ Home, office or on Road.
Now lets take a example of set of rules on Road - we often tend to break rules while driving, we break Red signals when no police is around, we dont wear helmets, we go on oneways etc... always a simple reason is given when we break these rules " arrey, its a small Rule its Ok, or no one is around so tis rule is ok, arrey tis Rule is not so Big so no problem machha, just break it who cares.."
This is where our problem lies, as we tend to diffrentiate every Rule in different types, saying its a small rule, big rule, medium rule,ok rule etc....

A rule is not supposed to be broken or differentiated in types, A rule is always made to follow, but we tend to give names just to hide the guilt tat we just felt from breaking one.
How nice and great would it have been if we all followed these Rules of our daily life's, How good it would have been if a politician would keep his promises and work according to the Fundamental rights given to him as per the Law, How good wud it be if all the citizens follow the Traffic Rules, How good will it be if all the employees work as per the rules of the company wit integrity and Honesty, how good will it be if we all pay tax on time, how good will it be if we follow wat our parents say, how good will it be if the poachers learn the importance of extinction of a tiger.

Sadly even now not many or most of them would not follow the above, we all have the habbit of breaking each and every rule and simply get away from it by saying " its only a simple Rule, Y Fuss abt it "

Yes, We all need to make a Fuss and hue and cry abt it, We need to stand up with our head held high and say louder - Iam happy tat i follow each and every Rule and Yes I take pledge to keep following them.

next time you break any rule, just think for a while, was it really a simple, small or just a Ok rule which didnt didnt at all bother your inner self and selfconscience? didnt it hurt you while doing wrong?

I hope this crosses in everyone's minds and we shall simply just not Give reasons to break rules, We shall Just Follow it.

The Blame Game.........

We all love playing games, be it in sports, politics, relationship, work place, many more....lots more.
the word honesty and integrity seems to have been lost during this transit point, one person who wishes to correct or guide the other person on a right way, he himself is lost during this whole game.
the game here iam referring to is the responsibility which is been passed on to others just like a shuttle relay from one point to the other without any solution or action.
the blame game exists on each and every place be it any govt office, post office, super market, MNC, schools, colleges, police station, and even on the road while you are travelling, suppose a car behind you bumps into ur car and he says sorry not me the person behind me hit, and the person behind him says sorry i dont know and so on....who did it no one knows???
in a police station you are made to run around a dozen tables to write a simple missing complaint for a mobile, the cops even ask for bribe and when asked why? he says frankly i need money coz i dont get paid well. why doesnt he get paid well? ask the govt. and govt says I dont know?????
In a MNC a customer has been harrased and made to run around here and there and when the management tries to find out who done it....the same question pops out back - I dont know...not me...??????? and there the puzzle of hunting out the culprit goes.....
have we all wondered why, where and when will this Game starts and ends??? where are the loop holes that we need to correct? who is going to correct????
well simple........Its WE and US who will have to stop this blame game....as We are the ones who start it basically, We should be honest and dignified to an extent that we need to stand up for the mistakes we have done and say sorry, its Us who has to take the responsibility and execute it accordingly, we need to have the guts to stand up for the mistakes we do....when we can stand up to get justice, why cant we stand up on the wrong things that we have done...doesnt this make sense to anyone????
so on this day today I take pledge to stand up for justice as well as the mistakes i have done and will try to correct them @ any cost. I shall take the responsibility given to me and execute it without blaming anyone.
let us all be more responsible in whatever duties we have got as a citizen and as a human being.....let us all join hands for the betterment and upliftment of the society.....

STOP BLAMING AND START ACTING................

Save The Tiger- Let the Roar Stay....

Long time back when i was a Child and during these days like many other children even i used to run away from my homework and lunch dinner time...But my Mom used to Scare me than by saying those Ol scary stories " Eat it now or the Tiger will get you" ahh nostalgia...
I wish even if i could say the same to my children or my children to theirs, but sadly...the majestic animal whom we are talking about, is about to be extinct forever...sadly they are only 1400tigers left in india or maybe even less as you read..
It is time we all started a serious campaign to save this majestic animal from extinction. There are many people who are already doing every bit for this, such as my Freind mr.Joeseph Hoover - who is a social activist and also a cricket coach who is also a great freind of master blaster Sachin Tenddulkar himself, he has evfen made sachin join for the campaign in new zealand and sachin had also dedicated his knock of 167 during the series to this campaign. Joe is even our team Belagavi panthers CEO and Coach, he has trained stars like manish pandey and j.arun kumar. He is busy fighting for the cause of the Save the Tiger Campaign..he says its his passion and will to do his bit for the country and the animal, he has dedicated his busy schedule among this path.
It is very clear that there is an urgent need for upgrading and maintaining the levels of security system in the Tiger Reserves, strict laws and even strict punishments for law breakers, a nationwide awareness campaign.
There is a lot one can do to save our National Animal. Choose your way to protect the Tiger, Join Ngo's and other social cause that are into this.
Together we can Save the Tiger and also our children and their children can still talk about the Tiger to their kids and generations to come, and hopefully they will do their homework and eat on time, and it help even more for our freind mr.joeseph Hoover in spending time more in coaching and training young cricketers and get one more manish pandeys and others among them...
let us all join to save the tiger campaign - let us do our bit..join here....

Heart2Heart Talk-Traffic everywhere

Gone are the good Ol days when driving a car was a pleasure, the pleasure of observing the nature and birds chirping around and trees in their full bliss, the sight of which would get the cheer and joy on our faces, our entire day @ work or home would go off smooth as cake and life would have been so simple and @ its best. But things of changed now, you go out of your homes for work and drive on the good old road with chaos around, loud noise killing ur ears, people constantly trying to breakn in the smallest possible wayout, lookn @ these even a person who is a relative of gandhi would have resorted for ahimsa...probably even gandhi himself would have acted on similar ways....he would upped his lungi and carry his danda and break the guys head who is constantly honking behind him :)
anywaz, jokes apart, the big question is - HOW & When will this Traffic War stop? Is it really the Law who is irriresponsible or is it we the citizens?
We cannot blame the law again and again, they have failed because of us, we break the rules and the law has become used to it.they need to come out of this laziness of getting used to such issues like traffic violations by motivating them and incentivizing them. these cops are poorly paid and under paid, they stand out in the hot sun all day, while we all sitting in our ac offices.i work for a retail chain and whenever a sales guy performs better i motivate them and incentivize them, this helps them to do more and much better.these should be tried on the cops.just a couple of weeks back i had one of my far relatives from bellary had visited our place as she was looking for a job in govt as a ASST.Comm. and she said that they were asking for a bribe of rs.40lacs...phew..and more over she was even ready to pay to get that job, but she didnt get it as someone else paid much higher and got it.I asked her then- you were paying the agent 40lacs for a job which gets paid only rs.25k p/m...why so? is it because u like civil service or is it because even you want to earn money similar to the agent who asked you the bribe? she thought for a while and went back to her native place, and today she is working for a software company. well i have written this as an example for everyone, as we can stop the bribe and corruption first by stopping the people we know. every drop counts...we are the once who give bribe and increase corruption, so if we stop giving it..then corruption will stop by itself.
Hopefully if everything gets resolved i can go to work with a cheerfull mood and go back home with as a happy man who is excited and cherishing his gud Ol days of Driving...
Its Time ....We follow the rules...coz We are the Change and We Can Change..
