Save The Tiger- Let the Roar Stay....

Long time back when i was a Child and during these days like many other children even i used to run away from my homework and lunch dinner time...But my Mom used to Scare me than by saying those Ol scary stories " Eat it now or the Tiger will get you" ahh nostalgia...
I wish even if i could say the same to my children or my children to theirs, but sadly...the majestic animal whom we are talking about, is about to be extinct forever...sadly they are only 1400tigers left in india or maybe even less as you read..
It is time we all started a serious campaign to save this majestic animal from extinction. There are many people who are already doing every bit for this, such as my Freind mr.Joeseph Hoover - who is a social activist and also a cricket coach who is also a great freind of master blaster Sachin Tenddulkar himself, he has evfen made sachin join for the campaign in new zealand and sachin had also dedicated his knock of 167 during the series to this campaign. Joe is even our team Belagavi panthers CEO and Coach, he has trained stars like manish pandey and j.arun kumar. He is busy fighting for the cause of the Save the Tiger Campaign..he says its his passion and will to do his bit for the country and the animal, he has dedicated his busy schedule among this path.
It is very clear that there is an urgent need for upgrading and maintaining the levels of security system in the Tiger Reserves, strict laws and even strict punishments for law breakers, a nationwide awareness campaign.
There is a lot one can do to save our National Animal. Choose your way to protect the Tiger, Join Ngo's and other social cause that are into this.
Together we can Save the Tiger and also our children and their children can still talk about the Tiger to their kids and generations to come, and hopefully they will do their homework and eat on time, and it help even more for our freind mr.joeseph Hoover in spending time more in coaching and training young cricketers and get one more manish pandeys and others among them...
let us all join to save the tiger campaign - let us do our bit..join here....

Heart2Heart Talk-Traffic everywhere

Gone are the good Ol days when driving a car was a pleasure, the pleasure of observing the nature and birds chirping around and trees in their full bliss, the sight of which would get the cheer and joy on our faces, our entire day @ work or home would go off smooth as cake and life would have been so simple and @ its best. But things of changed now, you go out of your homes for work and drive on the good old road with chaos around, loud noise killing ur ears, people constantly trying to breakn in the smallest possible wayout, lookn @ these even a person who is a relative of gandhi would have resorted for ahimsa...probably even gandhi himself would have acted on similar ways....he would upped his lungi and carry his danda and break the guys head who is constantly honking behind him :)
anywaz, jokes apart, the big question is - HOW & When will this Traffic War stop? Is it really the Law who is irriresponsible or is it we the citizens?
We cannot blame the law again and again, they have failed because of us, we break the rules and the law has become used to it.they need to come out of this laziness of getting used to such issues like traffic violations by motivating them and incentivizing them. these cops are poorly paid and under paid, they stand out in the hot sun all day, while we all sitting in our ac offices.i work for a retail chain and whenever a sales guy performs better i motivate them and incentivize them, this helps them to do more and much better.these should be tried on the cops.just a couple of weeks back i had one of my far relatives from bellary had visited our place as she was looking for a job in govt as a ASST.Comm. and she said that they were asking for a bribe of rs.40lacs...phew..and more over she was even ready to pay to get that job, but she didnt get it as someone else paid much higher and got it.I asked her then- you were paying the agent 40lacs for a job which gets paid only rs.25k p/m...why so? is it because u like civil service or is it because even you want to earn money similar to the agent who asked you the bribe? she thought for a while and went back to her native place, and today she is working for a software company. well i have written this as an example for everyone, as we can stop the bribe and corruption first by stopping the people we know. every drop counts...we are the once who give bribe and increase corruption, so if we stop giving it..then corruption will stop by itself.
Hopefully if everything gets resolved i can go to work with a cheerfull mood and go back home with as a happy man who is excited and cherishing his gud Ol days of Driving...
Its Time ....We follow the rules...coz We are the Change and We Can Change..
